Thomas Allen POOL, 32, 908 W. Jefferson Ave., died at 10:59 p.m. Tuesday, July 4, 1995, at Jefferson County Hospital.
The service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Kenneth Royar officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation begins after noon Thursday at the funeral home, with the family present from 7 to 8 that night. A memorial fund has been established.
POOL was born Feb. 22, 1963, in Fairfield, the son of Conrad L. and Mada GRIFFIN POOL. A lifelong resident of the Fairfield area, he had been employed at Excell in Ottumwa.
Surviving are a daughter, Samantha Leigh POOL; his mother; two brothers, Ronnie of Sparks, Nev., Randy of Fairfield; and a sister, Joyce SCHAAPUELD of Lone Tree. His father preceded him in death.
