Ollie JOHNSON taken in death

Word has been received here of the death of Ollie JOHNSON, 61, former Fairfield resident who died May 29 at the home of his sister in Moberly, Mo.

Services were held June 1 at Moberly and burial took place in City Cemetery in Huntsville, Mo.

Ollie Johnson was born Sept. 10, 1917, at Keytesville, Mo., the son of John and Luena Johnson. He lived in Fairfield until the last of April when he moved to Missouri. He had been employed at the Fairfield Iron and Metal Co. for eight years until his retirement.

Johnson was a veteran of World War II having served with the U.S. Army in the Pacific Theater.

Survivors include his sister, Mrs. Daniel ERAVI, Moberly; two brothers, Homer, Clifton, Mo., and Herbert, Keytesville.
