JOHN E. RICHARDSON DIED IN WYOMING

Word has been received in the city by Mrs. H. C. ALSTON and Mrs. B. F. CRAIL, Sr., of the death of their brother, John E. RICHARDSON, at Casper, Wyoming.

Mr. RICHARDSON passed away Friday evening at 6 six (sic.) o'clock after a short illness with pneumonia. His death comes as a great shock to his relatives as it was not known that he was ill until a message came telling that he was dying, which was followed in a few hours by one telling of his death. He is a former resident of Fairfield and his many friends here will learn with regret of his death.

The body will be brought here for burial and announcements of the funeral will be made later as the arrangements have not as yet been completed.
