W. STEPHENSON Rites set

Private services for W.R. "Mike" STEPHENSON, 69, Route 3, will be held Thursday at the Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Kincaid officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Family visitation will be 7 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Behner Funeral Home.

STEPHENSON died at 9:15 p.m. Monday at the Jefferson County Hospital.

W.R. STEPHENSON was born Feb. 1, 1913, at Versailles, Ill., the son of George and Minnie DOBBS STEPHENSON. He was married to Grace (sic - Ina Grace) BARNETT Nov. 10, 1935, in Mount Sterling, Ill.

He made his home in the Fairfield Community for over 31 years and had worked as a carpenter for over 40 years. He was a member of the First Christian Church.

In addition to his widow he is survived by one daughter, Sharon DYKHOUSE, Peoria, Ill., and a son, Richard R., DeWITT; also three grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Delbert LAW, Mount Sterling, Ill.
