N. GARRISON rites Friday

Services for Nellie Mae GARRISON, 84, will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday at the Behner Funeral Home. The Rev. D.O. Van Dyne will officiate and burial will be in the Glasgow Cemetery.

Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. GARRISON died Tuesday evening at the Jefferson County Hospital.

Nellie Mae GARRISON, Route 2, was born Feb. 16, 1897, at Lowell located in Lee County. She was the daughter of John P. and Emma Mae HILL NUGEN.

She was married Dec. 3, 1914 to Loren Bert GARRISON at her home in Burlington. He died Nov. 8, 1964.

Survivors include four sons and two daughters: Floyd W., Arkansas; Wilford L., Phoenix, Ariz.; Milton G., Memphis, Mo.; and Claren D., Burlington; Delores COOK and Nellie SIMONS, both of Fairfield.

She is also survived by 32 grandchildren and 76 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Garrison was preceded in death by two sisters.
