THOMAS COPPOCK DIED THIS MORNING

Thomas COPPOCK died this morning at nine o'clock at the County Home after several years of suffering. Mr. COPPOCK was the son of T. S. COPPOCK (sic. Thomas Silas COPPOCK) who resides on South Main street and was reared in this city. He was born November 2nd, 1876.

Mr. COPPOCK attended the public schools of this city and about twelve years ago was married to Miss Effie McMULLEN of this city. To them was born one son, Wesley Raymond who survives his father. Ill health overtook Mr. COPPOCK within a couple of years after his marriage and he was never able to be with his family again.

Mr. COPPOCK is survived by six sisters and one brother who are as follows: Mrs. Laura CUTTER of LaPlatta, Mo., Mrs. L. E. BRADFORD of Salem, Oregon, Mrs. Elmer McCLAIN of Burns, Wyoming, Mrs. J. E. WHEELER and Mrs. Frank SENSE and Miss Olive COPPOCK, and Orrin COPPOCK of this city. No arrangements have yet been made for the funeral but it will probably not be held until Wednesday.

FUNERAL TOMORROW

The funeral of Thomas COPPOCK who died Monday morning will be held tomorrow morning at 10 o'clock at the home of his parents Mr. and Mrs. Thomas COPPOCK on South Main street. Rev. W. W. Montgomery, pastor of the First Presbyterian church, will conduct the funeral and the interrment will take place in Evergreen cemetery.

Wesley R. COPPOCK of Yates City, Ill., is in the city today to attend the funeral of his father. A sister, Mrs. Elmer McCLAIN of Wyoming who is enroute, was heard from at Sidney, Neb., but as she is making the trip in an automobile it is probable that she cannot arrive in time for the last services.

Died--At the county home, Thomas S. (sic - Thomas E.) COPPOCK, son of T. S. COPPOCK, of this city, at 9:30 this morning.

The death of Mr. COPPOCK is particularly sad because of the fact that members of the family had planned a family reunion to be held at which it was expected he would be present. Two sisters, one from Oregon and the other from La Platte, Mo., have already arrived to be in attendance at the reunion; another sister is hourly expected from Burns, Wyo. Definite arrangements for the funeral have not been made pending the arrival of the sister from Wyoming.
