Phebe C., born Licking Co., Ohio. On Jan. 22, 1867 married Henry STAFFORD of Walnut Township, Jefferson Co., Iowa. Leaves husband and two children -- Mrs. Ed. HUGGINS of Louisville, Ky., and Arthur L. STAFFORD of this city...... Interment Richwoods Cemetery.
