Wednesday, November 17, 1976L. LOVELESS Dies At 91
L. L. LOVELESS, 91, of Washington died this morning at his home. He had been in failing health for the past two years.
The funeral will be Friday at 2 p.m., at the Jones Funeral Home in Washington with the Rev. J. Roland Crandall officiating. Burial will be in Elm Grove Cemetery.
LOVELESS was born Aug. 12, 1885, in Jefferson County, Iowa, the son of Mace and Hettie LOVELESS. He was reared and educated in Libertyville.
He was married to Mabel ANDERSON in Libertyville on Dec. 22, 1909. They moved to Washington in 1940.
LOVELESS was a retired implement dealer and started the Loveless Supply Co., in 1940. He was a member of the United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his widow, a son, Earl LOVELESS of Washington and one daughter, deceased. He is also survived by three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He was the last of his immediate family.
(Laffa's mother-in-law was Victoria LAWSON ANDERSON. I have researched the LAWSON lineage for over 35 years.)
