Daniel J. HARTSELL

Daniel J. HARTSELL. 65, of Keosauqua, formerly of Douds, died Thursday, June 28, 2012, at home.

A funeral is at 2 p.m. Monday at Pedrick Funeral Home in Douds, with the Rev. Ann Donat officiating. Cremation will follow, with private burial of cremains in Leando Cemetery.

Visitation with the family is 1-2 p.m. Monday at the funeral home prior to the funeral.

Memorials to the family may be left at the funeral home or mailed to the family at 38690 Shelby Drive, Westland, MI 48186.

Mr. HARTSELL was born Sept. 24, 1947, in Wayne, Mich., the son of Raymond C. and Florence SALTER HARTSELL.

He grew up in Michigan, lived many years in Douds and the past few years, lived at Country Lane Apartments in Keosauqua.

He had been employed at Rockwell International in Fairfield.

Survivors include one daughter, Tonya NAPOLITANO of Westland, Mich.; one son, Daniel HARTSELL Jr. of Oklahoma City, Okla.; and five grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
