Jodi SMITH, of Phoenix, AZ, passed away on July 15, 2009. Jodi was born August 28, 1954 in Fairfield, Iowa and graduated from high school there in 1972. She later attended Chapman College in Orange, CA, and Central Arizona College in Casa Grande where she earned an Associates Degree. Jodi worked as a bookkeeper and small business woman in Phoenix for many years. She is survived by her brothers, Kevin SMITH of Stow, OH, and Brian SMITH of Santa Barbara, CA. Jodi was preceded in death by her parents Desda and Duane SMITH of Arizona City, AZ. Her family would like to thank Jodi’s close friends, Terri Withers and Sonia Sanders for their kindness and generosity of spirit. Memorial donations can be made to Hospice of the Valley (hov.org)
