Hiraben Shamdhuprasad DAVÉ

Hiraben Shambhuprasad DAVÉ, 90, died Monday, June 18, 2012, in Fairfield.

A funeral will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Behner Funeral Home and Crematory in Fairfield. Cremation will follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity or organization of the donor's choice.

Mrs. DAVÉ was born Aug. 25, 1922, in Gundarana, a small village in the district of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India, the daughter of Haribhai and Ottamben PANDYA.

She married Shambhuprasad DAVÉ, resident of Bhavnagar, Gujarat, India. He died May 29, 1992, in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

Survivors include four sons: Devendra and spouse Kailas of Charlotte, N.C., Ravindra and spouse Deviyani of Atlanta, Ga., Bhupendra and spouse Nayna of Fairfield, and Dinesh and spouse Christine SITA of Boone, N.C.; one daughter, Saroj and spouse Vinodray of Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India; 13 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and two sisters.
