Page 4, Column 4Rev. Joe S. Miller of Mt. Pleasant was in town Saturday morning. He had received a message from Corydon, Iowa, announcing the death of John LONG, and asking him to conduct the funeral services, but failed to say where, so he went to Corydon and on arriving there found that the body had been shipped to Brighton and that the funeral services would be held at the Lower Richwoods church in Walnut township, LONG’s old neighborhood. He reached there in the night and went out to Richwoods Saturday morning, not feeling much like preaching, having been up all night.
