Verda S. O'LAUGHLIN

Verda S. O'LAUGHLIN, 76, of 807 W. Taylor Ave., and formerly of Eldon, died at 10:23 p.m. Tuesday, June 26, 2001, at Jefferson County Hospital.

The funeral will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Living Hope Bible Church in Eldon, with the Rev. David Albert officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Open visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Thursday at Raymond's Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Living Hope Church of Eldon.

Miss O'LAUGHLIN was born March 10, 1925, in Fairfield, the daughter of Earl "Irish" and Minnie LAWSON O'LAUGHLIN.

She lived most of her life south of Fairfield before moving to Floris and the Eldon in July 1992.

She was a member of Living Hope Bible Church.

Survivors include her sister Mildred PITTMAN of Eldon.

Preceding her in death were her parents; one brother, Willard O'LAUGHLIN; and two sisters, Eva MECK and Catherine KING.
