Karen Lou STUMP

Karen Lou STUMP, 75, of Fairfield, died Sunday, May 20, 2012, at SunnyBrook Living Care Center in Fairfield.

A graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Fell Cemetery south of Libertyville, with the Rev. Peg Ellingson officiating.

Open visitation will be from 9 a.m. to noon Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home in Fairfield.

Memorials may be made to Fell Cemetery Association or to Libertyville Little League. Cards and memorials can be sent to P.O. Box 124 Libertyville 52567.

Mrs. STUMP was born March 2, 1937, in Libertyville, the daughter of Lester Clyde and Bernice F. TAYLOR RODIBAUGH. She married Gerald "Gene" STUMP Sept. 9, 1961, in Fairfield. He died Nov. 4, 1996.

Mrs. STUMP was a lifelong resident of Libertyville. She graduated with Libertyville High School class of 1955. She was a homemaker and worked as secretary to the mayor.

Mrs. STUMP was a member of Faith United Methodist Church and helped manage the senior citizens apartments.

Survivors include two brothers: Ronald RODIBAUGH of Searsboro, and Steve RODIBAUGH of Libertyville.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Jerry RODIBAUGH.
