Mrs. Maria (HUMPHREYS) FALCONER died last Sunday at Fremont, Nebr. Former resident of Jefferson County. She leaves seven children, three brothers and three sisters. The brothers and sisters are M. B. HUMPHREYS of this city, Brooks HUMPHREYS of Winterset, Ia., Fred HUMPHREYS of Howard, Wyo.; Mrs. Sarah HARWOOD of Abingdon, Iowa; Mrs. Sam EWING of Libbion, Nebr., and Mrs. James MERCHANT of Barnaugh, Mo. Last services will be held in Fremont, Neb.
