Mrs. Elsa Wentworth, 75, died Wed. At her home here. Lifetime resident of the Brighton area. Bur. Hillcrest Cemetery. Born Dec. 4 1852 south of Brighton in Jefferson County, daughter of Jacob and Emma Sinn Fichtner; married David E. Wentworth Dec. 9 1930; he died in 1949. She was a member of Hope Lutheran Church. Surviving are one sister, Mrs. Adelia Lynn; and one stepson, Harry Wentworth, both of Brighton; six nieces and two nephews. Preceded in death by two brothers, Walter and Homer Fichtner.
