Austin Lee COOK was still born Monday, April 6, 1998, at Jefferson County Hospital.

Graveside service will be at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Memorial Lawn Cemetery with the Rev. Kenneth Royar officiating. The casket will be closed. Memorials to the SIDS Foundation may be sent to Teressa Cook at 1103 W. Adams Ave., Fairfield 52556. Behner Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Survivors include his mother, Teressa COOK; and grandparents, Elsworth and Patricia COOK of Fairfield.
