Mrs. Frances (COREY) VAN WINKLE died Thurs. at Jefferson Co. Hospital. Bur. Cottonwood Cem. near Wayland. Born Apr. 19, 1890 near Germanville in Jefferson County, daughter of John Nelson and Sarah Chaney RUBEY COREY; reared and educated in the Germanville community; married Jan. 6, 1909 at Fairfield to Harley VAN WINKLE; he died Apr. 14, 1966. Member Rebekah Lodge #386; Naomi Club, Women's Relief Corps, DUV etc. Preceded in death by one son, 10 brothers and a sister. Survived by one daughter, Mrs. Floyd KRACHT, Upland, Calif.; 4 grandchildren and 3 greatgrandchildren.
