ROBISON was born Aug. 6, 1908, at Wellman, the son of John Edward and Margaret Ellen SHAFF ROBISON. He graduated from Fairfield High School and lived all of his adult life in Fairfield. Before that he had lived in Wellman, Barnes City and Birmingham. On Sept. 25, 1928, he married Freda V. HANSHAW in Fairfield. She died Dec. 8, 1979. He was a tool and died maker at Dexter Company in Fairfield and was a member and former secretary/treasurer of the Local International Association of Machinists. He was a former member of the Iowa National Guard.
Surviving are his daughter, Darlene SANDERS of Greeley, Colo.; a son, Floyd of Des Moines; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. A sister preceded him in death.
(I research the LOVING/HANSHAW lineage with connection through the CANADAY tree.)
Admin. note: Buried in Lot Acacia 23, space 3. Wife Freda is beside him in space 4.
