Rites For WILSON, 72

Marcy WILSON, 72, of Des Moines, formerly of Fairfield, died Saturday, April 13 at Northwest Community Hospital in Des Moines. He had been hospitalized six days.

Memorial services will be held Tuesday at 1 p.m. at Lane Memorial Chapel in Plymouth Congregational Church in Des Moines. Inurnment will be Saturday at 1 p.m., at Evergreen Cemetery.

John Marcy WILSON, was born Jan. 5, 1902 in Astoria,Ore., the son of Antoinette MARCY and Robert Finley WILSON. The family moved to Fairfield when he was two years old.

He was a graduate of the University of Illinois and a member of Alpha Delta Phi fraternity. He was married to Theodosia PFISTER on June 30, 1925. She died in 1971.

Wilson had lived in Des Moines since 1948. Before his retirement he was with the Kraft Food Company.

Survivors include a daughter, Pauline WILSON who resides in Guadalajara, Mexico and a sister Mrs. O.E. GORE of Fargo, N.D.

Miss Wilson and Mrs. Gore will be weekend guests of their cousin, Scott JORDAN and Mrs. Jordan, 107 Highland.
