Vera SWANSON Dies Suddenly

Miss Vera Mae SWANSON, 36, formerly of Lockridge, died suddenly Sunday in Chicago where she has resided the past five years. The body will arrive today at the Weston Behner Funeral home and services are planned for Thursday at 2 p.m., at the Lockridge Baptist church. The Rev. Robert McElderry will be in charge with burial to be in the Lockridge cemetery.

Miss SWANSON spent most of her life in Lockridge. She was born March 16, 1929 at Lockridge, the daughter of Charles and Anna THOMSON SWANSON, who are deceased. She is survived by one sister, Mrs. Hank WALSHON of Forest Park, Ill., and a brother, Raymond SWANSON of Lockridge.
