MRS. M'LAIN IS SUMMONED

Funeral For Lockridge Woman Will Be Held There On Sunday

LOCKRIDGE, Oct. 17 - Frances Mary GILLELAND, wife of the late Michael McLAIN, died at 1:39 a.m. today at the home of her son Chancie McLAIN about two miles south of Lockridge.

Her husband preceded her in death about 9 years ago (sic. Michael S McLAIN died Dec. 2, 1927) and she leaves another son Earl of Independence. She was born in Pennsylvania Feb. 25, 1851.

The funeral services will be held Sunday at the Baptist church in Lockridge, at 2 p.m. in charge of Mrs. Wormoudt of Mt. Pleasant. Burial will be in Lockridge. The body was taken to the Behner-Dudgeon funeral home in Fairfield where it will remain until 1 p.m. Sunday.
