Sherry A. CHAMP

Sherry A. CHAMP, 51, 1007 E. Madison Ave., died at 5 p.m. Sunday, July 13, 1997, at Jefferson County Hospital.

The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Norman Channel officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Visitation is open until 8 tonight at the funeral home. Memorials can be made to the Jefferson County Cancer Society or Jefferson County Hospital.

Ms. CHAMP was born Oct. 14, 1945, in Fairfield, the daughter of Oren and Dorothy BRUDER (sic. BRUDERS) CHAMP. She lived her entire life in Fairfield, graduating from Fairfield High School in 1963. She graduated from St. Joseph School of Nursing in Ottumwa in 1966. She was a member of the Iowa Board of Nursing and the National Laboratory for the Study of Rural Telemedicine.

Survivors include her mother of Fairfield; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father.
