Ada L. HENNESS, 89, 107 N. Sixth, died at 1:15 a.m. today at the Jefferson County Hospital.

Services are ending (sic - pending) at the Behner Funeral Home.

HENNESS rites on Thursday

Services for Ada L. HENNESS, 89, 107 N. Sixth, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at the Behner Funeral Home. The Rev. Clair Odell will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. this evening at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the family.

Mrs. HENNESS died at 1:15 a.m. Tuesday at the Jefferson County Hospital where she had been a patient the past five days.

Ada L. HENNESS was born Feb. 13, 1895, in Birmingham. She was the daughter of Frank and Eliza Ann WRIGHT WIREMAN. She was married to Earl F. HENNESS March 24, 1914, in Osceola. He preceded her in death Dec. 16, 1962. Mrs. HENNESS spent most of her life in the Fairfield Community.

Survivors include 12 nieces and eight nephews. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, one brother and a sister.

We extend a sincere "thank you" to all friends and neighbors for the food, cards and other kindnesses shown us during our recent bereavement. A special thanks to the doctors of the Fairfield Clinic and to the staff of Jefferson County Hospital for their care and kindness shown during Ada's recent illness. The lunch provided was deeply appreciated; Rev. O'Dell's beautiful handling of the services was a fitting tribute to Ada HENNESS. We thank you.

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF ADA LUETTA HENNESS, DECEASED, WHO DIED ON OR ABOUT AUGUST 7, 1984:

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT ON THE 21ST DAY OF AUGUST, 1984, THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT OF ADA LUELLA HENNESS, DECEASED, BEARING DATE OF THE 8TH DAY OF JULY, 1967, WAS ADMITTED TO PROBATE IN THE ABOVE NAMED COURT AND THAT THE IOWA STATE BANK & TRUST COMPANY OF FAIRFIELD WAS APPOINTED EXECUTOR OF THE ESTATE.
