FAIRFIELD LEDGER, Mon. June 27 1955 (8-4).
Elizabeth Peck died Sunday. Bur. Polishville Cemetery. Born Nov. 14 1875 at East Pleasant Plain, daughter of the late Joseph and Johanna Noles Peck. Never married. Member St. Mary Catholic Church. Survived by a brother, Adam Peck, East Pleasant Plain, and several nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her parents, three brothers and three sisters.

FAIRFIELD -- Elizabeth PECK, 79, died at the Curtis nursing home at 1:30 p.m. June 26. She had been an invalid for nine years, having suffered a stroke in 1946.
A native of Pleasant Plain, Miss PECK was a life resident of Jefferson county. She was born Nov. 14, 1875, the daughter of Joseph and Johanna NOLES (sic - MOLIS) PECK. She had been a resident of Fairfield for 40 years.
The only immediate survivor is a brother, Adam PECK, of East Pleasant Plain. Three brothers and three sisters died previously.
Last rites will be conducted by Father O. F. DeCoursey at St. Mary Catholic church, of which Miss PECK was a member, at 9 a.m. Tuesday. Burial will be in the Polishville cemetery, southeast of Pleasant Plain (sic - St. Mary Catholic Cemetery). The rosary will be recited at the Hoskins funeral home at 8 p.m. Monday.
