DEATH CLAIMS MRS. PETERS, 51

Death came this morning to Mrs. Ethel PETERS, wife of F. Ben PETERS, county auditor.

She passed away about 4 a.m. at the Jefferson county hospital where she had been a patient since last Tuesday, Mrs. PETERS had been in ill heath the past four years.

Last rites will be Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. at the First Christian church with Rev. S. P. Williamson in charge. The body will be taken from the Monger funeral home at 1 p.m. on the day of the services.

Mrs. Ethel PETERS, 51, was born July, 8, 1899, at Falls City, Nebraska, the daughter of Frank and Anna DAVIS. She was reared and educated in Falls City and Abingdon, Iowa.

She was united in marriage on January 22, 1916, to F. Ben PETERS, who survives. The wedding took place in Fairfield. The couple moved to Fairfield in 1942, coming here from Richland. The family home is at 605 S. Fourth street.

Mrs. PETERS was a member of the Christian church, the O.E.S. at Richland and the Rebekah lodge in Fairfield.

She is survived by her husband and two sons, Seth and Leonard, both of Marshalltown; two grandchildren; and her mother, Mrs. Anna DAVIS, Falls City, Nebraska.
