OLGA RAINES CALLED TODAY AT HOSPITAL

Well-known Public Stenographer Dies After Short Illness

Miss M. Olga RAINES (sic. Martha Olga RAINES), well known Fairfield public stenographer and accountant died at the Jefferson county Hospital at 1:50 a.m. today. She had been taken to the hospital on July 4th for treatment. She had been in poor health for two years and was seriously ill for two weeks.

She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Martha J. RAINES (sic. maiden name was BOCOCK), 500 West Washington street here, and one sister, Mrs. W. G. McCLELLAND, of Chicago, Ill., who at the present time is on a vacation trip in the eastern states. She also leaves two nieces, Fern and Margaret.

The body was taken to the Hoskins Funeral Home in this city.

She was the daughter of John A. and Martha J. RAINES, and born in Chandlerville, Ill., and came to Fairfield when a small girl with her parents.
