Adrian O. RILEY

MARTINSBURG -- Adrian O. RILEY, 61, died Sunday at 3 a.m. at St. Joseph Hospital at Ottumwa, where he had been about a week.

He had lived in Martinsburg since 1950, operating a service station. He was a member of the Eagles Lodge in Ottumwa.

The son of William and Millie LONGERBONE RILEY, he was born in Wapello county June 7, 1900. On May 19, 1925, he was married to Glenda (sic - Gleda) GRISSOM, who survives. He also leaves two son, Melvin and Larry of Hedrick; two daughters, Miss Dorothy RILEY at home and Mrs. Dorwin (sic - Darwin) FITZGERALD of Hedrick; two brothers, Gerald and Otis of Fairfield; two sisters, Mrs. Harry SMITH and Mrs. Velma PUDER of Fairfield, and six grandchildren. Two sons, Lloyd and Adrian Earl, three brothers and a sister preceded him in death.

The service will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Hedrick Christian Church. Rev. Claude J. Wood will officiate. Burial will be in Abingdon Cemetery. The body is at Fremont Funeral Chapel.
