BRYAN Funeral Will Be Friday

Mrs. Myrtle BRYAN, 81, life-time resident of Fairfield, passed away about 6:55 p.m. Tuesday at the Jefferson county hospital where she had been a patient for the past three days after suffering a stroke.

Last rites will be Friday at 10:30 a.m. at the Weston Behner funeral home with the Rev. Elton Coleman in charge. Burial will be in Evergreen cemetery.

Mrs. Myrtle BRYAN was born Oct. 19, 1879, in Fairfield, the daughter of Adam and Cannarissa Caroline LINN. She was married to Bert BRYAN on Oct 9, 1904, at Fairfield. He passed away April 3, 1918.

Mrs. BRYAN was a member of the First Baptist church and had been residing with her daughter, Mrs. Alat (sic - Alta) SALTS, who lives 4½ miles southwest of Fairfield.

In addition to her daughter, she is survived by a granddaughter, Mrs. Victorine WHITLOCK, Fairfield; and three great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
