Sherry Dee SCOTTON

Sherry Dee SCOTTON, 68, of Fairfield, died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, at home.

A private graveside service will be held Tuesday at Pittsburg Cemetery.

No visitation is planned.

Memorials may be made to the Scotton family. Cards and memorials may be sent to P.O. Box 57, Fairfield 52556.

Mrs. SCOTTON was born Oct. 13, 1943, in Mount Pleasant, the daughter of Hugh William and Lucille Marie DeVORE BALDWIN. She married Cecil Edward SCOTTON Sept. 5, 1963, at Free Methodist Church. He died Jan. 16, 1997.

Mrs. SCOTTON was a night janitor at Fairfield High School for many years until her retirement.

Survivors include three sons: Cecil SCOTTON Jr., Nathan SCOTTON and Christopher SCOTTON, all of Fairfield.

In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and one sister, Lynette WILLIAMS.
