Donald L. "Casey" GOODWIN

Donald L. "Casey" GOODWIN, 63, 803 S. 6th St. died at 7:01 AM Sunday Sept. 1, 1991 at Jefferson county Hospital.

The service will be at 10 AM Wednesday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Donald Hickman, the Rev, Jim Cecil, the Rev. Ellen Howse Deere and the Rev. Paul Streed officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to the Foursquare Gospel Church.

GOODWIN was born May 14, 1928 in Fairfield, the son of Earl and Flossie ADAMS GOODWIN, Sr. He married Bette Lou MILLER on Nov. 15, 1947 in Fairfield. He had lived his entire life in Jefferson County. He was employed as a setup man at Dexter Co. for 43 yrs., was a veteran of the US Army in the Korean conflict and a member of Foursquare Gospel Church.

Surviving are his wife; a daughter Lucinda GOODWIN of Fairfield; three grandchildren; two brothers, Earl Jr. of Fairfield and Albert of Chicago; 2 sisters, Mildred BATES of Fairfield and Violet STEINECK of Ottumwa. Julia COLLINS of Fairfield is his aunt. His parents and a sister Dorothy ST. CLAIR preceded him in death.

Buried Evergreen Cemetery, 5th.149
