Marguerite E. COOK, 83, of Route 3, died at 1:34 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 1994. at Jefferson County Hospital.
The service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at Raymond Funeral Home with the Rev. John D. Boatman officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 tonight at the funeral home. A memorial has been established to First Baptist Church.
Mrs. COOK was born Sept. 4, 1910, in Davis County, the daughter of Clyde and Bessie BROWN BRADLEY. Her family lived in the Milton community, where she was a member of the Methodist church. She married Wilbur COOK on Jan. 1, 1929, at the First Methodist Church. He died June 8, 1992. They moved to the Fairfield community in 1931 and farmed south of Fairfield.
Surviving are three sons, Donald Eugene of Iowa City, Charles William of Davenport, Larry Joe of Fairfield; four grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and a sister, Erma BELL of Marion. A brother Harold B. BRADLEY, preceded her in death.
