Red Oak – Harriet Ruby ALTAFFER of Red Oak died Tuesday, Feb. 27, 1990, at Vista Gardens Care Center in Red Oak.
The service was held Thursday at Nelson-Boylan Funeral Chapel in Red Oak with buried in Evergreen Cemetery at Red Oak.
Mrs. ALTAFFER was born in Fairfield, the daughter of William and Emma BUSH GOSSICK (sic. family surname a/k/a GOSICK). She married Herbert KILLION in 1915. He died in 1953. She married Maurice ALTAFFER in 1956. He died in 1973. She was a homemaker and affiliated with First Christian Church in Red Oak.
Surviving are grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. A son, Robert KILLION, and a daughter, Carol WILSON, preceded her in death.
