Beulah Maxine Tracht COCHRAN, 86, Indianapolis, Ind., died Monday, July 7, 2003, in Indianapolis.
A memorial serivce will be held at Evergreen Cemetery in late September.
Mrs. COCHRAN was born July 28, 1916, in Fairfield, the daughter of Omer and Oral TRACHT. She married Ronald V. COCHRAN Dec. 6, 1936. He died July 25, 1994.
Mrs. COCHRAN graduated from Fairfield High School in 1933 and attended Parsons College. Later she taught grade school in Rock Island, Ill. She sold real estate and was founder and operator of a manufacturing business in New York
City. She and her husband retired in 1985 to Florida.Survivors include one son, Ronald W. COCHRAN of Bend, Ore.; and one daughter, Judith COCHRAN SMITH of Indianapolis.
Besides her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Clarence TRACHT.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Fairfield Sept. 27 at Evergreen Cemetery, with the Rev. Dave Peterson officiating. A lunch will be served immediately following at the United Methodist Church.
Mrs. COCHRAN was born in Fairfield, July 28, 1916, the daughter of Omer and Oral TRACHT. Her husband, Ronald V. COCHRAN, son of Fred and Elsie COCHRAN also of Fairfield, preceded her in death on July 25, 1994.
