K. RANARD Rites Set

Graveside services for Kenneth G. RANARD, 52, will be held Thursday, 10 a.m., at Evergreen Cemetery with the Rev. Donald L. Hickman officiating. The body will lie in state tonight at Behner Funeral Home.

RANARD, who lived at 506 W. Depot, died at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday at Jefferson County Hospital. He had been ill for several years.

RANARD was born Feb. 2, 1926 in Jefferson County, the son of Walker (sic - Joseph Walker) and Mabel HAWBAKER RANARD. A resident of the community his entire life, he served in the U.S. Army in WWII and was a member of the American Legion and Eagles Lodge (sic - Eagles Aerie/Club).

He is survived by three brothers, Clyde of Lynn Haven, Fla., Gayle and Grover, both of Fairfield; three sisters, Grace ALLISON and Phyllis FINCH, both of Parma, Mich., and Rosetta MARTIN of Moline, Ill. Two brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
