Thelma O'NEAL dies at 66

Thelma M. O'NEAL, 66, former Jefferson County resident, died Friday at her home in Hot Springs, Ark.

Services will be held Monday at 10:30 p.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield with the Rev. Robert Busher officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the Cancer Fund.

Mrs. O'NEAL was born July 12, 1918, in Monroe County, the daughter of Roy and Ada GRIER THARP. She was married to George O'NEAL April 17, 1954.

Surviving are her husband; one daughter, Pennie HORRAS, Fairfield; three grandchildren and one great-grandson; and a sister, Susan MARK, Harlingen, Tex.
