DEATH OF WILLIAM SNIDER.

At his home in Brookville the 9th inst. .... Born in Bedford County, Penn., Dec. 20th 1824, and grew to manhood there. The gold excitement of 1849 took him to California, and he came to this county in 1854. He was married to Susan HITE, who survives him, Feb. 7th 1856. Ten children were born to them, all of whom were living and were at his funeral. Mr. SNIDER was in business at Brookville for many years and had a wide acquaintance in the community....
