Joseph LIBLIN Taken In Death

Joseph L. LIBLIN, 87, retired Lockridge farmer, died Thursday about 1:45 p.m. when he suffered a heart attack while cutting wood at his home 11 miles northeast of Fairfield.

He had been in failing health for seven years. Services will be held Monday at 10:30 a.m. at the Raymond Funeral Home in charge of the Rev. Henry Palm. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery (sic. plot location 5th.001).

LIBLIN had resided at his home farm for the past 48 years. He was born on an adjoining farm Feb. 28, 1881, the son of James and Elizabeth DROZ LIBLIN.

He was married to Ella Grace ALLERDICE Jan. 22, 1920. He attended the Lutheran Church.

Surviving are his widow and several nieces and nephews. Four brothers and four sisters preceded him in death.
