MRS. J. F. LOEHR DIED LAST NIGHT

Had Long Been A Resident of This City, Having Lived At Home Place 34 Years

Mrs. John F. LOEHR passed away last evening about seven oclock at her home, 306 West Briggs, after being in very poor health for several years. The funeral arrangements have not as yet been completed.

Eliza Ann McCREERY was the daughter of Andrew and Lucinda McCREERY and was born in Keokuk county, near Martinsburg, June 21, 1850. She was united in marriage to John F. LOEHR October 11, 1868 in Abingdon. Mr. and Mrs. LOEHR moved to Fairfield thirty-six years ago, and for the past thirty-four years have resided at the home where Mrs. LOEHR died. To this union were born nine children, two sons Charles and Edward having died in infancy. Besides the aged husband the following children survive: W. L. LOEHR of Fairfield; Mrs. A. C. BUSWELL of Blue Earth, Minn.; Mrs. Ray BAKER of Fairfield; Mrs. Hugh HUSTON of Enid, Okla.; Ray LOEHR of Kirksville, Mo.; Guy LOEHR of Dysart and Mrs. Fred NEIBERT of Denver, Colo. She also leaves the following brothers: Landy McCREERY of Los Angeles, Calif.; Harvey McCREERY of Abingdon; William McCREERY of Mexico, Mo., and John McCREERY of Batavia.
