Note: Son of Ralph and Florence JACOB. Proper given name was Ralph R JACOB, Jr., but was commonly known as "Junior JACOB" as used in his death and funeral notices.

Buried in same plot (Evergreen cemetery, Fairfield, Iowa, 2nd.214) as his paternal grandparents, David Morris JACOB and Sarah 'Sadie' MILLER JACOB.

In some previous cemetery transcriptions the surname was given as "JACOBS"; the death notices and headstone engravings, however, use "JACOB" for the surname.
