Clarence E. LAUDER, 68, well-known Jefferson County farmer, died Sat. about 9:15 p.m. at Veterans Hospital in Iowa City.... His farm home is six miles n.e. of Fairfield.... Burial will be in Antioch Cemetery. n.e. of Fairfield. Born Sept 7 1896 in Jefferson County, where he has spent his entire life, son of Albert and Jane KYLE LAUDER. On March 11 1919 he married Dorothy MACY. Veteran of World War 1, member of the Antioch Congregational Church and a member of the Perlee IOOF Lodge No. 317. Survived by wife, two daughters and three sons, Mrs. Marjorie ROLDAN of Detroit, Mich., Mrs. Helen PARSONS of Fairfield, Donald E. LAUDER of Fairfield, Keith LAUDER, HMC, US Navy, Quonset Point, R.I., and Richard O. LAUDER, GMCS, US Navy, Charleston, S.C. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Jay (sic - Eva) SIMMONS, R2, Fairfield. One son and one daughter preceded him in death.
