William Thomas 'Will' PRIOR

William Thomas "Will" PRIOR, 26, of Iowa City, formerly of Fairfield, died Monday, July 4, 2011.

A service celebrating his life will be at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Round Prairie Park pavilion.

A memorial has been established in Mr. PRIOR's memory.

Mr. PRIOR was born Oct. 18, 1984, in Fairfield, the son of Thomas and Marialyce COSTEA PRIOR.

Mr. PRIOR grew up and attended school in Fairfield. He later lived in Florida and most recently in Iowa City.

Mr. PRIOR enjoyed basketball, time spent with good friends, barbecue and good cigars. He also enjoyed weight lifting and reading and in his younger years, BMX biking.

Survivors include his mother of Iowa City; his father of Fairfield; two sisters, Dawn McDOWELL of West Palm Beach, Fla., and Rose HUGHART of Denver, Colo.; one brother, Dev PRIOR of Iowa City; and his grandmother, Elizabeth PRIOR of Jupiter, Fla.
