"SECOND PAYNE INFANT HAS PASSED AWAY. The second child of Mr. and Mrs. J. V. Payne passed away within ten days, when the little babe, Eva Lucile, answered the final summons yesterday morning at 2 o'clock at their home in Cedar township. The little twin brother, Earl Sanford, died March 23. The little daughter, who was 17 days old, had only been sick for four days, and its death following so closely the loss of the little son, comes as a shock to its parents. The funeral services were held from the home this morning at 10 o'clock, and the remains were laid to rest in the Pattison cemetery."
