CAROL M. DAVISSON HOOTMAN

The service for Carol M. DAVISSON HOOTMAN, 42, 208 E. Pierce Ave., who died Wednesday morning, March 9, 1994, at her home, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday at Behner Funeral Home with the Rev. Richard Kirby officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. Family visitation will be from 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Memorials have been established to the family or the Diabetes Association.

Mrs. HOOTMAN was born Oct. 28, 1951, in Jefferson County, the daughter of Darrell and Patricia GILBERT DAVISSON. On May 8, 1970, she married Darrell HOOTMAN in Douds. A lifelong resident of Van Buren and Jefferson counties, she had worked as a nurse's aide at Parkview Care Center, Jefferson County Hospital and Nelson's Nursing Home.

Surviving are a daughter, Michelle HOOTMAN of Fairfield; a son, Gabriel of Fairfield; a grandson; her mother of Fairfield; two sisters, Sue ROBINSON and Diane DAVISSON, both of Fairfield; and a brother, Brian DAVISSON of Libertyville. Her father preceded her in death.
