"DIED. LOUDEN - Feb. 24, 1878, at her home in Cedar Township, of Chronic Bronchitis, Jane, wife of Andrew Louden, Sr., in the 65th year of her age. Born near Belfast, Ireland, 1813, wedded in same locality in 1840, she and her husband in 1841 sailed to America to make their future home. . . . .Since childhood she has been a member of the Presbyterian church. . . . .That form which in her grave lies buried leaves a "vacant chair" in her late home which words must ever fail to describe. . . . ."
