"BATAVIA. Mrs. Dewey Hudson, 74, RR 2, Batavia, died today at the Ottumwa Hospital. Raymond Funeral Home. Burial will be in Blue Point Cemetery south of Richland. Mary Eva Hudson was born July 18 1892 in Jefferson County near Packwood, daughter of Arthur and Medora Jane Auburn Barron. She spent her entire life in Jefferson Co., and was a member of the Packwood Methodist Church. She was married Jan. 11 1937 in Lancaster, Mo., to Dewey Hudson who survives. She had previously been married to Harry Fuller who preceded her in death. Mrs. Hudson was also preceded in death by four brothers and one sister."
