Thomas MOORHEAD died this morning at his home corner Hempstead and B Sts.; father of Prof. James P. MOORHEAD; age 74; would have been 75 on Oct. 15. Survived by wife and three sons: James P. of this city; Edward F. of Denver, Col., and Joseph of Elwood City, Pa.....

DIED--October 2, 1912, Thomas Pollock MOORHEAD, at Fairfield, Iowa, aged 74 years 11 months and 17 days. Thomas Pollock MOORHEAD was born in Ligonier, Westmoreland County, Penn., Oct 15 1837. He was united in marriage on Aug 21 1860 to Miss Katherine Elizabeth GEORGE, of George Station, Penn. To this union five children were born, Henry George MOORHEAD dying Dec 28 1904, and William Wallace MOORHEAD dying Dec 3 1905. Mr. MOORHEAD is survived by his widow, Katherine Elizabeth, and three sons, Joseph of Penn., Edward Steck, of Colorado, and James Pollock MOORHEAD of this city. He enlisted in the Union army Aug 16 1862 and was second Lieutenant during eleven months of the service. During his active years he was a merchant and farmer. Presbyterian church. Resident of this city for 17 years.....
