"Andrew Franklin Wolfe, 84, died Friday morning at his home near Pleasant Plain. . . . .Interment in the Friends Cemetery. Gould Funeral Home in Brighton.
Wolfe lived all his life in Jefferson County; born Aug 5 1881 near Germanville. He was reared and educated in Jefferson County and on June 23 1915 married Helen Whitacre in the Pleasant Plain community. Their farm home for 46 years was south of Pleasant Plain, and he was a member of the Friends church of Pleasant Plain. Survived by wife and one son, Clifford J. Wolfe of Georgetown, Illinois; two grandsons, one brother and two sisters, Henry Wolfe of Brighton and Margaret Wolfe and Mrs. Emma Lyon, both of Mt. Pleasant. He was preceded in death by two brothers and one sister."
