"Moses H. Vinton, who has resided on a farm n.w. of this city for six years past, died very suddenly from heart disease Sat. night. . . . .In the 62nd year of his age. Born in Dudley, Mass., Nov. 15, 1833, came to Iowa in 1860, locating near Brighton, and was married there Dec. 30, 1870 to Mercy A. Whitacre. Two children, one of whom, Edward, is now at home. . . . .Remains taken to Brighton for burial."
