"PLEASANT PLAIN. Mrs. Clayton Turner, prominent Pleasant Plain resident and wife of a former long-time business man in the community, died Fri. evening in Keokuk. Burial in Pleasant Plain Cemetery.
Addie Ethel Turner, born Sept. 16, 1882 in Williamstown, Mo., daughter of the late John and Sarah Jane Dysart; married July 23, 1902 Clayton Turner who died Sept. 14, 1951. Survived by a son, Harry Turner, Pleasant Plain; three daughters, Mrs. Cecil Fallert and Mrs. Beulah Brinton, both of St. Louis; and Mrs. Beatrice McKee, Keokuk; two grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband, parents, and one sister."
